We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with dental procedures, taking patient X-rays, maintaining patient records, and providing exceptional chairside assistance.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

  • X-ray certification preferred

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality

  • Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.

  • Patient Care: Welcome and prepare patients for treatments, addressing any concerns and providing post-treatment care instructions.

  • X-ray Procedures: Take and process dental X-rays as directed by dentists and maintain X-ray equipment.

  • Instrument Prepartion: Sterilize and prepare dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms for each patient. 

  • Chairside Assistance: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring patient comfort.
